The shade of the beautiful maple, flowers and boxwood lead us in the big united family life of the poet. Household exhibition consists of three rooms: kitchen, living room and so called “Peyo`s room” where personal and family things are being exposed.
In 1973 an exhibition hall was built next to the house where the essential moments of Yavorov`s life and work are chronologically exposed - old town of Chirpan, school days in Plovdiv, telegrapher wanderings, the young poet in Sofia and his participation in the cultural society “Misal”, Yavorov and IMRO, Mina Todorova, Lora Karavelova, early death.
Major collections include personal and family belongings, personal library, Yavorov publications, portraits, pictures. In 2001 a precious sculpture “Mother Macedonia” was donated to the museum.
The big exhibition halls, the quiet romantic courtyard are traditional venue for cultural events in the poet hometown.
The rich archive of documents and the specialized library are another side of the House-museum “PK Yavorov” everyday life.
