What to include
- For a correction: the page URL, the incorrect detail and a current source or dated observation.
- For an app issue: iOS or Android, the app version if known and what happened. Never send your password.
- For a photograph or contribution: the creator, original source and permission or licence available.
- For a privacy or account-deletion request: describe the request by email and, where possible, write from the address associated with the app account.
Before sending
Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or unnecessary personal information. Your email and message are used to handle the enquiry; see the privacy policy for the current disclosures and policy status.
We do not make venue bookings, sell official admission tickets or handle emergencies. For today’s opening hours, access restrictions or programme awards, contact the relevant venue or organisation directly.
