Magura offers two different reasons to travel to Rabisha: the scale of its underground spaces and the evidence of prehistoric image-making. They should not be confused when planning a visit. A cave tour can be worthwhile for its chambers and formations without providing access to the original painted walls.

A BNR report from 12 May 2026, recorded with local guides and managers, describes cave tours continuing while the original painting gallery remains closed. It also presents a digital gallery beside the entrance. That film uses reconstructions; it is not an opportunity to stand in front of the ancient paintings. Confirm the present restrictions before travelling.

The managing museum lists daily hours of 09:00–19:00 in April–October and 09:00–17:00 in November–March, with last entry an hour before closing. BTS describes guided departures on the hour; call the cave desk to confirm the next departure and currently available route.
