Connect the uprising with the town behind it. Bratsigovo's History Museum brings the April Uprising into a local setting of families, work and organising. The museum's account highlights the rebel flag and cherry-wood cannon. Use them to ask how people prepared and communicated, rather than treating weapons as the whole story.

Give the building crafts their own attention. Bratsigovo's master builders also used tools, guild rules and specialised vocabulary. Ask how that work shaped the town and which associated display would best extend the main museum visit. The Vasil Petleshkov house provides a biographical focus; it should not be assumed to have the same access arrangements as the main collection.
