Art gallery "Dimitar Dobrovich" in town of Sliven is inheritor of an Art exhibition from 1905, open in the library of the community center Zora. This first exhibition was made by the artist Jordan Kyuvliev and contains 14 works of the painter from Sliven - Dimitar Dobrovich. Later in the exhibition are added also works of Jordan Kyuvliev, left by his mother after his tragic death.
Today the gallery has more than 6000 works created in period from XVII century to nowadays - paintings, drawings, sculptures, applied art, icons and church plate, grouped into the following sections: Contemporary Bulgarian Art, The Old Sliven, Christian Art, Foreign Art.
